You can start all new text notes with the current date and/or time. This is the way it worked before version 4, but if you prefer the buttons to stay in the same notebook you can turn this behavior The back/forward navigation buttons on the toolbar are now global, taking you across notebooks if necessary. Notes can read OPML files, which was an export option for Circus Ponies Notebook. You can search for a specific tag using Tools/Find with Options. This lets you record information about these things (source info, to-do lists, etc.) without having to add notes to the page. Remarks for pages, sections, and notebooks. Recent updates to Mac OS When you upgrade to Catalina or a later version of the OS, check for updates to our apps, too. It’s a bug: we reported the problem and they ignored us. Safari always works.įirefox seems to be especially bad at this.

If you click the download button and see a screen full of garbage, you need to use another browser to download. Instead of downloading the file, they display the file, which isn’t particularly useful. If the download button doesn’t work Some versions of some browsers can’t download the apps.
Double-click the dmg file and drag the program into your Applications folder. The name will be something like write_220.dmg, starting with the name of the app you downloaded. 
Find your Downloads folder (Go → Home in the Finder) and look inside.
The download will probably not be opened automatically. The program disk image will be copied to your Downloads folder.
