I would like to offer a few feature requests. While this is an incredible start, I’m not quite ready to switch over fully to this app just yet. I had been using Passepartout prior to this. I’ve been waiting for this app for quite some time. The app does the job, but please make it fun! Looking forward to seeing how it performs if I get to travel overseas once the pandemic eases. Mainly want an extra layer of security especially when joining a public Wifi or minimize being tracked to bombard me with ads based on my online activity. Don’t use it for streaming movies so can’t speak to this function. At home I have not noticed a meaningful drop in speed, but if I quantify it it is about 10% when comparing best speed without it and best with it which is excellent for a VPN. You can experiment with the server choices for a given location to find the optimal speed. Choose your location and let Mullvad do the rest. Love the idea of a flat monthly fee without long-term commitments. It is fast and barely impacts my battery life which is the reason I switched from another provider.
